Jeremy Duggan, Associate | Litigation

An industrious and forceful litigator, Jeremy Duggan concentrates on the intellectual property and business fields. He has achieved beneficial results for clients in contract, trademark, and real estate issues and successfully litigated patent matters spanning a wide variety of technologies from semiconductors to surfboards.

In a patent infringement defense, Jeremy engineered the fastest victory on the merits of any patent infringement case in the Northern District of California for 2005, filing for and obtaining early summary judgment of non-infringement for Sport Dimension, Inc. dba Bodyglove (see Article)

Jeremy graduated Pomona College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Columbia University School of Law in 2003, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review.

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and barbequed food.
