Craig Hansen, Associate | Litigation

Craig Hansen brings a broad array of experience and expertise to the Beck Ross legal team. Serving his clients in both the courtroom and the boardroom, Craig is a skillful trial lawyer, business advisor, and transactional attorney.

Craig regularly handles individual and business lawsuits involving:
• Intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets)
• Commercial disputes (contract, corporate, and collection matters)
• Real estate (construction defect, lease disputes, and real estate fraud)
• Securities and investments (investment fraud/breach of fiduciary duty)
• Product liability defense (automotive, ATV, personal watercraft)
• Trust and estate litigation (representing both trustees and beneficiaries)
• Bankruptcy (creditor’s rights, preference actions, nondischargeability)

Craig also represents clients in business and transactional matters including:

Craig has served as first chair in both bench trials and jury trials, has handled appeals in the state and federal appellate courts, and serves as outside general counsel to companies both large and small.

In his spare time, Craig enjoys song-writing, travel, and scuba diving.
