Craig Hansen, Associate | Litigation
Craig Hansen brings a broad array of experience and expertise to the Beck Ross legal team. Serving his clients in both the courtroom and the boardroom, Craig is a skillful trial lawyer, business advisor, and transactional attorney.
Craig regularly handles individual and business lawsuits involving:
• Intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets)
• Commercial disputes (contract, corporate, and collection matters)
• Real estate (construction defect, lease disputes, and real estate fraud)
• Securities and investments (investment fraud/breach of fiduciary duty)
• Product liability defense (automotive, ATV, personal watercraft)
• Trust and estate litigation (representing both trustees and beneficiaries)
• Bankruptcy (creditor’s rights, preference actions, nondischargeability)
Craig also represents clients in business and transactional matters including:
